3.5 Cygwin の ptetex にある dvips

Cygwin の dvips で上手く行った。

 dvips -f  utf8-new.dvi > utf8-new.ps
 gv utf8-new.ps

もちろん(?) utf8-new.ps を distiler にかけて PDF を 作ってもうまく行った。
